Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and support members with warmth and professionalism
• Organized in handling check-ins, bookings, and administrative tasks.
• Present services/products and handle admin tasks.
• Listen to feedback and resolve issues with understanding.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or fitness environments.
• Able to manage check-ins, bookings, and administrative tasks in an organized manner.
• Clear communication skills with strong listening and sincere member support.
• Professional, warm presence with a naturally welcoming first impression.
• Able to work smoothly with Trainers and Operations teams.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to work shift hours, including weekends or holiday rotations.
