Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and support members with warmth and professionalism
  • Organized in handling check-ins, bookings, and administrative tasks
  • Present services/products and handle admin tasks
  • Listen to feedback and resolve issues with understanding
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or fitness environments
  • Able to manage check-ins, bookings, and administrative tasks in an organized manner
  • Clear communication skills with strong listening and sincere member support
  • Professional, warm presence with a naturally welcoming first impression
  • Able to work smoothly with Trainers and Operations teams
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace• Able to work shift hours, including weekends or holiday rotations
