Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and support members with warmth and professionalism
Organized in handling check-ins, bookings, and administrative tasks.
Present services/products and handle admin tasks.
Listen to feedback and resolve issues with understanding.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or fitness environments.
Able to manage check-ins, bookings, and administrative tasks in an organized manner.
Clear communication skills with strong listening and sincere member support.
Professional, warm presence with a naturally welcoming first impression.
Able to work smoothly with Trainers and Operations teams.
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Able to work shift hours, including weekends or holiday rotations.
